The product offered by the Seller and accepted by the
Buyer is Bonny Light Crude Oil that shall be lifted from NNPC Bulk approved
equity agent’s
share Off OPEC Record.
Quantity
The Seller shall be supplying a quantity of about (2,000,000) +/- 5% barrels
of crude oil. Both parties may consider additional deliveries after
successfully completing the total
shipment and the duration of this contract is for a period of (1)
consecutive months for a total quantity of (2,000,000)
barrels.
